- Cashback rates and limits are determined by the player's eligible VIP tier at the end of the qualifying period.
- Weekly net loss is calculated from eligible settled stakes minus eligible settled returns, refunds, voids, and promotional credits.
- A week with no eligible net loss generates no cashback reward.
- Only participating casino games displayed on the promotion page qualify.
- Cashback must be claimed within the period displayed on the VIP Rewards page.
- Approved cashback is credited as withdrawable cash with no additional wagering requirement.
